The ChoiR
The curiosity for the voice and the desire to pass on to children and young people what I know in the musical field has very distant roots and in 1997 led to the formation of my first choir. It was a children's choir founded at the "La Perla" Theater in Torreglia and from which it took its name. We have lived a thousand adventures with those daredevils: competitions, concerts, travels, experiments ... not all successful, but all contributed to my and their growth.
Important experiences of the "La Perla" children's choir of Torreglia: winner of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Choir Festival of the Province of Padua (2002-2003-2004), prize for the best Venetian choir at the 2nd National Voice Competition Bianche di Malcesine (2003), first performance of the oratorio "Tutto in Lui" in collaboration with the Gran Teatro "La Fenice" of Venice (2005), assignment to me of the "El Strapadovan" prize for the program on Venetian folk songs with the caption "Anbassiatrice from the past towards the future" (2004), III prize (I and II not awarded) at the regional competition for choral composition and harmonization of Castelnuovo del Garda (2006), collaboration with the youth orchestra "Polli (ci ) ni "of the Conservatory of Padua.
From 2009 to 2013 I took care of the "ICVittorino da Feltre" youth choir of Abano Terme, a reality born and raised in the context of the secondary school. The work then continued until 2016 in the form of a vocal and ear education laboratory that I held for the first classes of the music courses.
Important experiences of the youth choir "ICVittorino da Feltre" of Abano Terme: II prize (I not awarded) at the 3rd National Competition "Music together schools" in Jesolo (2012), collaboration with the orchestra for the carnival concert "Polli ( ci) ni "of the Conservatory of Padua (2012) and with the Conservatory" Pedrollo "for the Christmas concert (2011) and the realization of the opera" Brundibar "by Krasa (2016).
In 2007 the experiences gained within the Piccolo Coro "La Perla" of Torreglia resulted in the creation of a new completely autonomous association: the "Nuove Armonie" Association and Chorus of Abano Terme of which I was artistic director and musical. A wonderful team work that has built a lively and original reality in the Aponese territory. The didactic aspect has always been put in the foreground and the musical training was inspired by the Dalcon method of Nicola Conci. My choice has always been to deal with a repertoire as heterogeneous as possible to allow children to approach different styles and languages. I have paid particular attention to the world of musical fairy tales.
Important experiences of the "Nuove Armonie" choir of Abano Terme: collaboration with the youth orchestra "Polli (ci) ni" of the Conservatory of Padua (2007, 2008) and with the "Pedrollo" Conservatory of Vicenza for the realization of the work " Let's build a city "by Hindemith (2013), 1st prize in the competition" Protection, enhancement and promotion of the Venetian linguistic and cultural heritage "promoted by the Veneto Region with the work" The true story of Barbasucon ... and a pan "written by me on texts by Valeria Bolani (2012), realization of the video "Bullying: now enough" to music by Mia Makaroff (2016), collaboration with Simone Cristicchi for the realization of his show "Magazzino 18" at the Teatro Verdi in Padua (2015 ), collaboration with "I Solisti Veneti" directed by M ° Claudio Scimone for the Christmas concert (2016), realization of international twinning with the Finnish choir "Vivace" of Vantaa directed by Mia Makaroff (Abano Terme 2015- Helsinki 2016) and the Hungarian choir d ella prestigious Kodaly School of Kecskemet directed by Maestro Lazlo Duranyik (Kecskemet 2017), collaboration with the Archi Agemus orchestra conducted by Professor Daniela Colangelo, 2nd prize (I not awarded) at the 6th International Competition "City of Palmanova" ( 2018).
